1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Callidus Global website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Enterprise Services

Callidus Global provides enterprise security hardware, IT infrastructure, and Odoo ERP integration. Specific deliverables, SLAs, and warranties for physical hardware deployments will be governed by individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

3. Regional Jurisdiction

Callidus Global operates with its Global Headquarters in Kuwait, alongside strategic partners in Oman, Bahrain, UAE, and Qatar. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
